Influencer Collaboration Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Instagram/TikTok Stories tagging the brand’s official accounts on each platform.
  • 1 In-Feed Reel (Instagram preferred; TikTok is a bonus) tagging the brand.
  • Inclusion in a themed carousel or roundup post (e.g., “weekend picks,” “date night spots,” “where to dine” — adapt to the relevant market or theme).
  • Blind tag the agency’s designated tracking accounts for resharing and performance tracking.
  • Optionally, add the agency as an Instagram collaborator so the post can be featured on the agency feed.

Once the influencer confirms the above deliverables, collect the following to finalize the reservation:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Reservation details (date, time, location, guest count) should be confirmed with the venue before communicating availability to the influencer.
  • Always confirm the influencer is comfortable with these requirements before proceeding with booking.
